just inhereted 400 acres of crp land The goverment says to mow one third for next 3 years.According to the farm plan the goverment will underwrite most of this cost. There is a lot of small brush to cut with large horizantal type blade . A fellow at the local farm supply who I asked about tractors and horizantal plane type mowers said I should Look at some kind of a tractor calles a SUPER SIX TRI-DIRECTIONAL I ask if john deere made one of these tractors, He said they were all imported rather hard to find and expensive. I need to find a new one before dec 31 for this years tax break. can any of you farmers help me? I would be more than willing to pay a finders fee. I went to a sales lot near the area where the land is and asked, I was very suprised at the indifference shown about CITY people inheriting land and do not feel because I wear business suits and know nothing about farming one should be so treated.
