You really can't just divide the final bill by the KWH used. I was gone a lot this past month and that would put my per KWH at 18.9¢ where normally figuring it that would would put it above 10¢.

The actual rate is 8¢ but the add ons really changed that for me. Energy charge was $3.02 with a final bill of $13.43. I used between a 1/3rd and a 1/4th of normal by being gone. Typical bill is about $20 to $25.
