Sometimes, both screens are dark (unlit) but at other times they are both on (lit up), sometimes flashing together, other times alternating, sometimes one on and the other off, etc. etc. etc. There doesn't seem to be any pattern. Also, one of them will light up red momentarily before I get disconnected (which is another problem). What are they for and why do they act the way they do?
