Mike, That little icon represents your connection to the internet. One box "lights" up when your computer transmits information to the internet, the other "lights up" when you computer is receiving data from the internet. The red indicates a data packet error has occurred. The data error just means that what ever piece of information that was sent or received has to be resent or re-received. WOW after reading this news group for weeks, I finally got to answer one!!! I'm a rookie to all this tractor talk but I'm looking to buy one here in the near future. Keith
