I have replaced all of the elictrical system and converted to 12 volt. It has become more difficult to start and has reached the point that it does not start at all. I have a nice blue color on the spark plugs when checking the spark. The carb is geeting gas. When I pull the spart plugs out one by one after trying to start it, the number one plug has plent of gas on it but as I chech the remaing plugs 1,2,4,3 each one has less to the point that the last two have none. I have considered that the carb is not giving enough fuel to the engine but with the up draft carb, I would think that the fuel delivery would be equal.
