Get to an estate lawyer and have it put into a trust for your benefit as soon as possible. Make darn sure you can prove there was no undue influence on your part- get signed testimonials from your grandfather and others stating his intentions and wishes. Make sure they include that his mental capacity is fine. A trust is more difficult to attack than a will, and avoids probate which can take years to settle. Good luck. Kurt
