I agree, this winter has been pretty stout, but it isn't near what I remember as a kid. I remember thousands of cars on the lakes here, ice fishing. And those were heavy cars! And we could ice fish from December thru February. Lakes don't even freeze over until January now, and sometimes not even then. But the real issue will be decided by data, how the temperatures change over time. It will always vary, but the issue is is it trending up or not?
