I myself beleive there has been some change because;Pond had seven inch thich ice when I was a kid.Lawn tractors drove on it to plow etc.My dad had organized winter carnavals for the town etc.Same pond has not had skating for years.Only things that freeze are the slabs like basketball courts or where the water turns to all ice.However one hour north ponds freeze just fine.But whatever lattitude Im on definatly got warmer.
