Reply to B.C. The fuel system appears to be alright. After cranking the engine with the choke on, fuel will come out of the carb (the neighor says that it always did that). Also #1 spark plug apears to get wet. My thoughts are the compression is to low. According to some spec's I looked up it says 90psi min. I think the cylinders with low compression do not create enough vacuum to pull the fuel into those cylinders. Plus the low compression does not create enough heat to vaporize the fuel. Does anyone know if the spec's I have are correct?
