You might pull one of the plugs and then reattach the ignition wire. Be sure the lower part is touching the block. Crank it over and see if there's consistent sparks. If that's the case and if it's got gas in the tank then there could be a couple things with the fuel system. After you put the spark plug back, 1. Be sure the gas shutoff is completely open. That vintage N usually had a shut off valve that would leave a few gallons in the tank if it wasn't all the way open. 2. Check to see if there's rust, crud etc in the inlet to the fuel sediment bowl from the bottom of the tank. This may be a two person operation, one to pull the bowl assembly, one to do the Dutch boy finger in the dike thing should you not have an appropriate pipe plug to keep the gas from pouring out. Whatever it is, it ain't software.
