neat things seen - I saw the shuttle fly over when it was piggy-back on the 747, I see a gazillion stars when we are at the farm and no city lights. We have a huge red-tailed hawk I named Rex because he's so big that has learned we won't hurt him. When we get out on the tractors, he shows up to see if we stir anything up. He has even landed in the field less than 20 ft from my hubby. twice I have walked out on the patio to find a turtle come to call. Watched and photographed a locust emerging from its chrysalis. Have seen some very large moths and even a couple of the beautiful green Luna moths. Have seen brilliant fall foliage that is more brilliant because it on your place. Have drunk cool spring water that comes out of a rock about 100 yds from the house. Have seen deer less than 50 yds from the house. I could go on an on. The pic above was taken at our pond this fall.
