I can't spell it right, but Gloucosimine and Chondroitoin work for me, started it years ago, my back would be so stiff in the morning I could bare get out of bed, much less stay in it. In about 2 weeks, no pain. Still take them, get to feeling good and think I don't need them, so I quit. Then in a month or so I start getting sore again, so I start takin em again. Try It. Chris
