Well will try to be diplomatic.Iwould taKE long hot shower an with soft brush brush all crud off you can-brush hard as you can stand it .Than throughly dry an spray cruex on -my preference due to it being dry shortly after put on.Others mentioned probably will work also.You might jump when you sprayas it burns a few seconds. Dryness an not having affected areas touch each other are important an so if you roll two sheats of bounty paper in roll shape an use one on eighter side (2ROLLS)of efected areas keeping affected areas seperated best you can while you sleep it will help .dRY AN SEPERATED IS KEY!!!!
