It seems everyone is using fuel as an excuse to raise prices. Fuel is part of the reason but I think greed is the biggest problem. Cattle prices have pretty much stayed the same for several years but fuel, fertilizer, parts and just about everything else has skyrocketed. If you go to the emplement dealer and try to get a price on something they will add a fuel and steel surcharge. I haven't seen it this tough in over 25 years.
