pto hydraulic pump

Got several tractors with tired hydraulics, always thought it would be nice to have a pto pump 'just in case' so I could use one of these tractors when the tractor with
a good pump goes down. Well, my local CT store is going out of business & have 25% off. I see a pto pump there. What else do I need to make a useable system? Resovor, plumbing, filter,
valve? Is a CT pump worth having to begin with? --->Paul
