Ah , the UP. Beautiful place to live! Hard place to make a living. You have no doubt already figured that problem out though. I , on the other hand havn't. I live in central Mi. and trip up there every chance I get. Personally , I would sell all but a couple of your favorites and start over up there. Not only is it the smart thing to do but think of the fun you will have "shopping" all over again. The shopping and buying is the funnest part , assuming you are the "wheeler dealer" type. Good luck in the U.P. One of the last frontiers and you get to be a real "yooper".
