I"ve had this happen to me before and just learned to pay driver for job when finished. It does seem a little high. Travel time and labor at 85 per hour, 4 hours $340.00 and 300 for used tire. I guess alot on what you do about this depends if you have another tire shop within 40 miles that"s any better. Might be one of those cases where you end up shooting yourself in the foot on the deal.
