Thanks for the info guys, I think I am gonna stick with local banks and do my best to play them against eachother, was able to get one of my banks to come up 1.5% on a 13 month CD, I was gonna pull it all out ( bluffing) if they didnt match the other banks special, which I took other cash too any way. So, for right now 5.25% for 13 months is the best deal I can find, but I would really like to get a 2year or more one at 5.5 or better in case rates drop in the time to come soon. I have plenty in the stockmarket already, felt that kick in the pants this am. Oh well, next spring its my turn to crop farm, so I suppose I will be kissing some cash goodbye. Then again..........
