Heres a few thing you can try that may work. First block/tie the clutch pedal down when ever parked. Then leave it down and at this time tie it down for a day or so and see it it frees up. If not pull the starter and spray brake cleaner on and on the clutch disk with the pedal blocked down. If you can turn the engine over some as you are spraying it to get the brake cleaner on all parts of the clutch. Another thing you can do is start it up in a high gear or as high as you can and drive it around with the pedal down and it should pop free. But be sure you have a lot of room to drive it and there isn't people or things in the way that you can hit because it will not stop unless you turn it off. Stuck clutches are common on tractors because of the fact they sit at times off weeks and months at a time and rust will stick a clutch fast. BTDT more then once
