You should stick with 5w-20 in that engine. ford went to the 5w-20 because the tolerances are so fine, you can actually starve parts of the engine for oil if you use an oil with a bigger molecule such as 10wx30. The engine just can't pump it thru those close tolerances. Motorcraft 5wx20 is a semi-syn oil. It will give you many miles of service, just keep it changed every 3000 miles.
