Buddy's wife was in a parking lot last week, door open, loading groceries, guy with a trailer pulls in, damn near takes off the door with the trailer fender after she jumped out of the way to avoid being hit herself. His insurance co. says since no one was cited, they won't pay. It's the same insurance co. they have 6 vehicles and their home with. I told him to threaten to cancel all his policies. Car is pretty much totalled, took out the door, fender and worst of all the door post.
