Hay price help

I have 20 acres of alfalfa/timothy hay with a good bit of clover in it. It has come in real nice this year and the neighbor wants the first and maybe second cut. He said he will do it all and I don"t have to touch it and he"ll pay $10-$12 for every 5x5 round bale he makes. I am getting ready to do some number crunching but I like to get your guys opinions. Thanks for any replies. BTW good round bales around here are about $30 and its to feed his cattle. JaredM
