Been wanting to ask this for the longest time. I take care of a LOT of grass at the Christian Camp and Retreat Center where I work, and have been thinking about trying to kill the dandelions and buckhorn plantain. The weeds are already well established and I'm afraid if I kill it, I'll be left with lots of brown spots among the grass. When is the best time of year to kill broadleaf weeds in the lawn without damaging the appearance? I'm not one of those guys that needs a manicured lawn, but the dandyline heads and plantain heads are tough to cut cleanly. Any ideas on how/when to spray? Thanks folks.
