It could also be the pilot bushing in the end of the crankshaft. Actually, I don't think it is the throwout bearing unless the original cheap graphite bearing has been replaced with a ball bearing. I don't think the graphite bearing can "squeal", but what do I know. Either way, replace it as soon as possible. The vibration is enough to cause metal fatique and breakage on the wimpy and long draveshaft.
