They were built in Holmes county Ohio. I assume by the Amish? After the parts were no longer available from ford, you could buy from the Kinsey factory that built them. The 4058 sold under the Kinsey name, is the same as the CL40 Ford. I was told the company is out of business, assets sold at local auction, and nobody continued the line. A good welder, and a good hydraulic shop, can take care of most of the problems, except the engine. Look at the ford archives, as they refer to a Saab engine that might work. May be somebody from Central Ohio knows the history. I'm curious.
