8n problems

i have an 8n 6volt and side mount distributor. the problem is a dont have any spark. anywhere. its been sitting for a couple years so i replaced everything points cap rotor coil regulator and still nothing. i have 6 volts to the positive side of the coil and the center but only 1-2 volts to the negative side of the coil and the points. i am dumbfounded and would appreciate any feedback on this
