My experienc is about the sams as RodInNS. If the relativly new hose got damaged,and IF you can find a shop that handles that exact brand of fittings,then a repair MAY be cost effective. Mixing different brands of hose and fittings can be a disaster, as the thickness and size of the hose varys between brands and will not crimp correctly with a mix of bramds. If the hose sprung a leak with no apparent damage,then there is a very good chance it will soon spring another leak costing you the cost of the repair,downtime and wasted hyd oil.
