Thanks for that David, I value your experience on these models. I have always had a soft spot for the diesel Dextas as I grew up with them on a dairy farm, they bring back memories. Itis interesting that you prefer the IH of that era. Yes, as soon as you mentioned glow plugs that reminded me that I have heard of the starting problems. Thanks again, I appreciate the post.
