What type of relation ship do you have with the owner of the dealership? I can call the owner of my local dealership and ask him to deliver anything on his lot to my house and I will be in some time next month to pay for it. When I get home this afternoon it would be in the yard. If you know the dealer that well, where he trusts you as much as you trust him then it would be worth taking the chance. I know this type of relationship is hard to find today. You will know in a year or less if you made a mistake or not. My local dealership carries the FarmTrac also, but he sells a lot more Kubota's, which you are correct about when the first showed up, than FarmTrac, LongTrac or the Long tractors. I have seen FarmTrac's come back, but I am starting to see more and more around the county. 15 years ago I bought a new Long 2360 from him. During the first year it was back for warranty work 3 times, all 3 times for the fuel gauge. This tractor had a sorry electrical system on it, but over the years I have reworked thing. As for the tractor itself, it has over 3000 hard hours on it and the electrical system is the only thing I have had problems out of. I bought it because of the price and I have not been sorry.

Jon's Allis has a small front loader and though it doesn't carry much, it serves his needs. It was the hard starting and low power that made him think it was time to replace the old girl. Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
