It looks like all of Michigan the houses are dropping in price since the manufacturing sector is shrinking. Lots of decent buys on the market. Problem being you cant find a job to make the payment after you buy it. As, Jdemaris stated, if you get away from metro detroit in mid to upper lower peninsula, there are lots in the price you mention. A fair amount of those are peoples "up north" cabins that work for GM, Ford, DCX downstate. Rick
