A lawyer? You got me mixed up with one of the other guys. I'm a grouchy, 61-yr-old retired bank operations officer and desk farmer. Anywhere I've been, the claim to the title "system administrator" (either given or self-proclaimed) assumes a certain level of expertise, just as claiming the title plumber assumes a certain level of expertise in that field. If you had simply asked how to delete users and files, no one would have batted an eye.
