the pump is on the front cover behind the harmonic ballancer, they usally dont cause much trouble, the gear that drives the pump on the crank is proubly your culpert, you have to take the frame and frontend away to get to it, my guess the gear is spinning on the crank, the oil pump gear and the timeing gear are sweated on, we weld them on pulling motors to keep them from slipping, get a new or different relef valve could b simple fix
