I am apt to beleive that that Old is just joking bout getting $ for the roof from the govt for a hole in the roof. I would say if he lost his home and is in a declared disaster area, and his insurance company screws him, dont have state farm or Allstate do you?, he may be able to get something. Hell, I have a month with nothing to do , maybe I'd come on down and help him out.
