I changed that outer piece when the valve was up, but still a slight leak not sure where. Alaways something, new tire, rim and put on by a tire guy, and it leaked. Just hope the rim is not been ruined. I salvaged the other one, which had a leak, sand blasted it, coated with zinc rich galv spray, let er dry nicely, came out nice, new tire guy put that one on no problem, was a power adjust rim so worth doing.

I've got the Gemplers catalog, it's amongst many of whats on the bookshelf, good outfit for tire supplies.
