9-N with oil in radiator

I'm thinking about buying a 9N. It starts right up, does not smoke but starts running rough when it starts getting warm. It has never been tuned up. My concern is that there is oil in the coolant. I drained the oil and there is no coolant in the oil. There is also no moisture in the exhaust. Should I worry about the oil in the radiator ? Mark J. Whitmore, MSGT, USAF (RETIRED)
