Allen, try Unisom. One little pill will stretch you out nice for eight straight. Take em five nights in a row, get to bed at a regular time, allow for eight hours of sleep. After the fifth night stop taking them. That gets your sleep rhythms back in whack. Works for me. Hot shower before bed adds to the effect.
