Even with all seals in good condition,This is a common problem here in Texas and elsewhere.When gear box is hot it pushes vapor out .When it cools a slight vacuum occurs and draws in moisture from outside humidity which then condenses and forms droplets on the inside of the gear case.Happens over and over until there is a noticeable build up of water.
