I guess I assumed it was closed center because the bucket side seems to have no pressure to that side. the pressure is coming from the orginal valve under the seat and it has to be tied down. the return line is tapped back into the oil reservior. the new valve has two fittings underneath-one the pressure line and the other the return line. On top one fitting for the loader--it works fine-lever back-loader up--lever forward-bucket down. the other lever does not seem to have any pressure . but moving the lever forward or back does seem to connect to the return line(moving the bucket by hand) In other words the one side of the valve does not seem to connect to the pressure at any time..I sure appreciate any help you can give me. thanks
