Our 2001 F350 PS started acting strange following an electrical storm here in the FL panhandle. Two things showed up the first time I drove it after the storm passed through--1st, the radio or CD player wouldn't play unless I pushed in the clutch. 2nd, the fan motor would work even when the key was turned off. Also, when I first drove the truck, it put out 5 beep tones at two different times. No warning lights, all fuses checked out OK. The radio/CD issue eventually went away--now it works normally. The heater fan issue started back up this morning--fan will stay on even when key is off. Anyone ever come across this? I'm not sure if the lightning storm had anything to do with the truck's behavior or was it just a coincidence...Thanks for any words of wisdom.
