Hi Kevin, I would reset the puter (disconnect both battery's over night) then turn the key on/off a couple times, then reconnect the battery's, negitive cables last. If that doesn't help, then I'd test the GEM module and that will take a repair maunal or CD manual. I have the CD manual and it works well for me. If it also rained during the storm, Ford SD pick-ups have a known leak around the windshield gasket that leaks on top of GEM module. T_Bone
