OT Vioce Phone Receptionists

Do you guys enjoy listening to a recording telling you which extension number to call? I get tired of waitng to hear the number to dial. The one I want is always last. Then they don't answer and I hang up and start all over again. Simply question that anyone can answer that works there but no one will talk to me. Called 2 business this morning and ended up talking to no one. Then they say they will call back and half the time that doesn't happen either, so I call again and it circle goes on. I get answers here quicker and no one is paid or on duty to do it. Thanks for listening. Gary
