If you section the bottom of the door on the same angle of the of the brace just slightly above the brace and set up an additional in-swinging hinge between the two sections, would the bottom two sections fold in as the door interferes with the brace as the door is swung out?

As others have suggested a stack valve could be put together custom tailored to any configuration you need, also you could put a joystick operator on the valves for the lift and bucket cylinders. You could also use remote operator handles if you desired.

A quick and dirty way would be just add a valve to run the grapple. You would need to buy a 20 GPM 4 way open center power beyond valve with a builtin relief valve. You could plumb this valve inline upstream of the present valve. You would need to set the relief valve on this unit to provide system relief and crank down the present relief valve on the old valve unit so that it does not operate.
