Ohhhhhhh yes. It cycles, some times are worse than others. Talked to my Doc about it an he wrote me a scrip, but after two or three doses I knew I couldn't deal with feeling drugged either. Now I just deal with it as best I can, have the drugs for when it's bad or when I'm headed to a place thats gonna be bad. I avoid crowds, elevators, tight spots, small cars, an I don't crawl under the house. Some times when I feel "tight" or "jumpy" I can go where it is TOTALLY dark an do OK, beats drugs any way. It is not that big a deal really, not all the time, any way. You'll learn to adjust an learn to cope. An if you don't try to keep it a secret those who love you can help a lot. I had trouble at first because this was not a problem before my fortieth birthday. I thought you were born that way, or you were a sissy, or whatever. Now I know better, and I'm still a "real man". Email me if I can help in any way.
