Does any one here suffer from claustrophobia? How have you been dealing with it? I used to be fine when in enclosed spaces, but lately I have been getting real nervous, and for the first time today, I had a panic attack while under my truck changing the oil. I had been getting this nervous feeling for about a year now doing that, but today was the worse. I seem to fine here at home, the grocery store or whatever, but getting there now is becoming difficult.I can hardly stand to be in the car for very long, but its not so bad I cant cope with it right now. Just wondering if any of you guys are suffering from this and what you do to cope...
