I'm sure there are a lot of distributors with screws loose inside them, and chances are that no harm will come if you leave the screw in. However, if that screw ever bounces into the flyweights, it can do a lot of damage. I'd sure try to fish it out with a small magnet. If you can't fit a magnet into the hole, try magnetizing a small screwdriver. Chances are that you'll get it with a magnet, but you can always pull the distributor and dump the screw out.
