Hated to sell

Well, I had to sell the best Black Angus bull I ever owned. Weighed 1865 pounds. He had two bad habits. One I was adjusted to was that he was too tame. If you tried to drive him, he stood his ground and shook his head. He wouldn't argue with a tractor or truck, however. His worst problem was getting out. On one occasion he dismounted a steel gate and on last occasion broke a wooden gate. He had nice calves some of which I'll keep, but I couldn't stand having him on a busy road. Maybe Allan could have used him out there on the open range. KEH
