We just started running some soybeans today and they are going good. We have some pretty thin spots out there but I told dad today it was go time. I heard that same forecast and told him we had to get it done now. The neighbor was over and was shocked it was dry enough out here to go alright. It is actually dry enough on top to not even mud the tires. Only in a few lower spots. We actually want to plant some wheat too. I was feeling better about every round he made out there. He always waits until everybody else starts going but not this year. We have never lacked for ambition but mechanical breakdowns are the biggest enemy. Just hope we can keep our momentum until it is all done and delivered to the elevator. This is in mid michigan and we have about four good days according to the forecast. I don't want to have to deal with mudding around out there. Seen it to many times in this area over the years. Later people.
