For hauling an M Regardless if you pick an 84" deck between the fenders or a deck over trailer you will need to get 5200# or 6000# axles with brakes. A well made 18' or 20' trailer with mounted ramps will likely weigh 2400# to 2800# empty. This puts you in the range of 9000# to 10000# just for the tractor and trailer depending on options like weights (front or rear) and ballast in the tires. Getting equipped to haul an M ups the ante on the price of the trailer and the capacity of the truck required to pull it. If you stick with H's you can get by with a well built 78" trailer with brakes behind a well equipped 1/2 ton truck. Search you budget and put safety first. H's can look just as nice as an M and require a lot less fuel to haul and run if you are using them for recreational (therapy) purposes. Be Happy, but Be Safe First.
