HELP WITH 1945 H FARMALL

Hi I am an old lady that lives on a back woods farm in Texas.
When worked on the carberator got it fixed but now something must be out of line with the govenor as it want kick in but it did before we worked on the carberator.
Can somone tell me what I might have done wrong.
