overheating?

Queastion for you all, How hot is Hot in a diesel motor? My combine"s temp guage say"s i"m running hot, a themometer into the coolant reads 200F (94C)is this hot or not? Rad cap is an 11psi one and the engine develops a little over that when the guage reads RED. Once the load is removed from the engine it cools rapidly. The rad was removed and cleaned last summer and is clean now, i"ve removed and checked the water pump, it seams fine (no play/or signs of malfunction), the thermostats were removed the other day, that makes no differance to the operating temp. The belts look good and aren"t running in the bottom of the pulleys, what next? Any answers greatfully received...
